A few lines from "Saved From The Lonely Sea ":

"There are times when life is easy

Days pass under sun-filled sky

When sadness is a distant thought

That rarely passes by

Yet other times we're overcome

By waves of cruelty

Sadness and grief wash over us

In a dark and lonely sea

Facing hard things we cannot accept

We are left only to decide

Whether to seek help from God

Or struggle alone in churning tide

For some of us...it's hard to cry out

To a Being we've hardly known

Why would God choose to help us

Who believed we could handle things alone?

And even if we wanted to

Ask the Lord to come to our side

For some...we're angry God wouldn't stop the waves

Didn't use His power to rebuke the tide

And for others...it's just difficult

For us to have faith to believe

That God can actually bind up our hearts

Heal our deepest wounds that bleed

But in our moments of dark, lonely pain

If we'll just ask Him to see us through

In the very moment we call upon God

He starts to accomplish all He's promised to do..."
